first hands on breed appreciation day! (bad)
On the 20th of October 2024 we held our first in person hands on Breed Appreciation Day at Shenstone Hall, Lichfield. The event was well attended by judges and breed enthusiasts up and down the country and even from across the water in Europe! The club is immensely grateful again to Hans-Ulrich Haeberli and Stephan Bolliger, President of the FBBI, for taking the time and effort to present our Breed Appreciation Day. We are also very grateful to the club members who came along with their dogs to facilitate the event.

Crufts Results 2024
2024 saw a great entry for the White Swiss Shepherd Dog with 36 entries competing in the AV Import Breed Register Pastoral class. The club extends its thanks to all the competitors for their entries, especially those from overseas.

Discover Dogs 2024 (Crufts)
overall winner!!!
Crufts 2024 hosted the usual Discover Dogs section and this year we received the fantastic news winning the Best Stand in the Pastoral section again for the second year, but also the BEST OVERALL STAND! A fantastic achievement when you consider there are over 200 breed club stands in attendance.
Discover Dogs allows the public to get up close to their favorite breed and talk to owners about their experiences and what it's like to live with a White Swiss Shepherd Dog. Our dedicated team of volunteers were on the stand all 4 days meeting and greeting the public and it's such a testament to the resilience and temperament of this wonderful breed. We're immensely grateful to all of our volunteers who gives their time freely in support of the breed and breed club. Without their support this just wouldn't be possible.

first breed appreciation day! (bad)
On the 17th of January 2024 the White Swiss Shepherd Dog Club of the UK held its first ever Breed Appreciation Day.
The event was held on-line via Microsoft Teams and proved hugely popular, with 80 attendees taking interest in our beautiful breed. The club is immensely grateful to Hans-Ulrich Haeberli and Stephan Bolliger, President of the FBBI, for taking the time to present our Breed Appreciation Day.
